Annual Support Projects and Fundraiser Events
BACH’S LUNCH – Held yearly in April. Volunteers needed to solicit sales, prepare lunches and make deliveries.
CONCERT USHERS – Assist in ticket collection, seating of concert patrons and distribution of program books.
FASHION SHOW – Held yearly in April. Volunteers needed to solicit ads, organize stores and their fashions, engage models, plan dinner, obtain raffle and door prizes. The Auxiliary’s largest fundraiser of the year.
HOLIDAY FLOWER SALE – Held yearly in December. Solicit sales and delivery of sales as needed.
HOSPITALITY – Secure locations for auxiliary meetings, provide menu and make reservations for luncheon.
HOUSE/GARDEN TOURS – Plan and secure locations for House Tour in December and/or Garden Tour in July.
BAG LADIES LUNCHEON in partnership with the Somerset Branch
OPERA GALA AUCTION – Held yearly in September. Solicit items for silent and/or live auctions at the reception following the Opera Festival performance. Aid with setup and teardown of auction displays and purchases.
PHONE COMMITTEE – Available to notify members of upcoming meetings, events and cancellations if necessary.
PROGRAMS – Secure and organize entertainment/speakers for monthly meetings as desired by the Executive Committee.
